For the welding process, individual layers of colored acetate are selected and prepared for the welding process.

The stacks of acetate layers are pressed together to form a single block.

The acetate blocks are then cut crosswise.

The result, a blank made of hand-crafted multi-colored multi-layer acetate layers.

Hi-tech CNC machines mill the shape of the glasses frame precisely and accurately.
Each part of the frame is handcrafted to perfection.

The frames are polished with pieces of wood and wax in a drum.

The frame is finely polished by hand.

Now the glasses frame is finished.
